I’m Ben Hutchins, a learning and development professional, storyteller, and creative based in Boston. My work is centered on a simple idea: information and experiences should be accessible, engaging, and designed with people in mind.

I’m deeply interested in storytelling and its ability to help us better understand the people, places, and communities around us. Through photography, video, interviews, and digital media, I’m expanding my work into documentary and place-based storytelling that explores people, history, culture, and the built environment.

Whether I’m designing a training, creating a video, interviewing someone, or documenting a place, I keep coming back to the same question: How can storytelling deepen our understanding of one another and the world around us?
